Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Returns:

• Our products are available for purchase Australia wide. We do not deliver any of our products outside of Australia.

• We use Australia Post to provide our customers with services for their order deliveries.

• We offer free shipping for all the orders valued over $60 (inclusive), regardless of the size of the shipment

• Orders under $60 will be charged with flat rate $7.95 shipping.

• We also provide option for Express Post shipping with flat rate of $9.95. Customer can optionally choose Express Post shipping at checkout if they wish

• Customer can also request to return their items due to following reason:

                       -   Received wrong product(s)

                       -   There was/were an issue with the product(s)

                       -   Product(s) was/were damaged

• In case of returns, customers can either choose to request for refunds or choose for replacement of the products(s)

• Customers will not be charged again in either of the above two options.
